Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Prinsy's Tours our clear and reasonable cancellation policy ensures you have peace of mind when you make a booking with us.
Timeline
Up to 7 days prior to tour
Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the tour without generating any cancellation fee.
Cancellation Cost

Within 7 days of tour
Any cancellation received within 7 days of the scheduled tour will generate a fee equivalent to 50% of the tour cost.

50% Cancellation FeeTimeline
On the day of tour / No-show
Any cancellation received on the day of the tour will generate a fee equivalent to 100% of the tour cost.

All rates are based on per person, except our exclusive tours which are priced per hour.
